Manchester Begins 2023 Spring Campaign at Wabash

CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. - The Manchester University men's tennis team kicked-off their 2023 spring campaign at Wabash University on Saturday, February 18. 

The Little Giants defeated the Spartans 9-0. 

In doubles action, Reece Romer (LaGrange, Ind., Lakeland) and Austin Arnold (Coatesville, Ind., South Putnam) fell at the No. 1 slot 8-4.

Brennan Beachy (Goshen, Ind., Westview) battled Blake Discher at No. 3 singles, losing 1-6 before narrowly falling 4-6. 

Braydon Hoggatt (Union City, Ind., Union City) fell 1-6 and 3-6 at No. 5 singles during Saturday's action. 

Up next, the men's and women's tennis teams will travel to Battle Creek, Mich. to take on the Olivet College Comets on Saturday, March 5 at 2:00 p.m.
