Andre White completed his third year as an assistant track & field coach in 2022-23. Coach White works primarily with the Manchester sprinters, jumpers, and javelin throwers.

During his second year with the programs, the Spartans won a combined five Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championships. White helped guide the Manchester men to indoor and outdoor track & field titles and the women to an "HCAC Triple Crown" - winning titles in cross country, and indoor and outdoor track & field. Coach White has been instrumental in improving the Manchester sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers with 3 new school records and 33 new MU All-time Top 10 marks being established. The Black & Gold men's 4x100 relay team rocketed to the top of the HCAC this year.

In his first year with the Manchester track & field programs, the Spartans earned runner-up finishes in both genders at the 2021 HCAC Indoor & Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Coach White helped numerous Spartan athletes set new PRs and climb the Manchester all-time top 10 lists. Joseph Powell was named the 2021 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Outdoor Field MVP after placing second in both the high jump and javelin throw. Powell also placed fourth in the 4x100 relay and fifth in the high jump.

Coach White arrived in North Manchester after serving as the Graduate Assistant Track & Field Coach at NCAA Division II-member Upper Iowa University, located in Fayette, Iowa. During his two-year stint with the Peacocks, White assisted in all areas of the track & field program, gaining experience with student athlete development, technique instruction, practice planning, and recruiting. Three of Coach White’s athletes set new school records while five athletes became Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference qualifiers.

Prior to his two years at Upper Iowa, White spent one year as a volunteer assistant track & field coach at his alma mater, Wisconsin-Stevens Point. During the 2018 track & field season, White helped coach an impressive six NCAA Division III All-Americans and 16 National Qualifiers.

White earned his bachelor’s degree in English with a certification in coaching from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2017. He was also a member of the Pointers’ track and field program, where he competed as a jumper and sprinter. White earned a master’s degree in sports administration from Upper Iowa University in 2020.
