Manchester University

Josh Brock returned to the Manchester Baseball program as a volunteer coach in 2023. Beyond baseball, Brock also serves as a faculty member in the Exercise Science department on campus.

No stranger to the Manchester Baseball program, Brock previously served as an assistant coach for the Spartans during the 2014, 2015, 2020, and 2021 seasons and a volunteer coach in 2016 and 2019.

A former standout for head coach Rick Espeset, Brock was a First Team All-HCAC performer in 2004, as well as an American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Second Team All-Midwest Region honoree. He was also inducted into the Manchester University Hall of Fame in 2014 as a member of the 2004 World Series Team. 

Brock earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Manchester in 2005. He earned a master's degree in English Literature and Writing from Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne (now PFW) in 2013, a master’s in Education from Ball State in 2019, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Sport Science at Liberty University.
