NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – Manchester hosted the Pilots of Bethel University and the Grizzlies of Franklin College at the Strauss-Peabody Aquatics Center on Friday November 8.

Senior Christain Poole (Anderson, Ind./Anderson) led the men's team with a first place finish in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 22.17.

Sophomore Brooke Tomlinson (Corunna, Mich./Corunna) placed second in the 1-meter diving event with a final score of 145.60.

The Spartan women also had a pair of fourth place finishes on Friday night.  Shelby Kell (Morristown, Ind./Eastern Hancock) finished with 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:12.46.  Kara Heckmuller (Cincinnati, Ohio/Oak Hills) finished the 50-yard freestyle with an overall time of 25.86.

Manchester will travel to Wilmington (Ohio) on Saturday November 16 for its next meet.
