NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – The Manchester University women's tennis team concluded its shortened fall schedule with a home match on Tuesday afternoon against the Bethel (Ind.) Pilots.

Visiting Bethel proved difficult to overcome, taking Tuesday's match by a 9-0 final.

The no. 1 doubles duo of Karly Eichenauer and Maddy Russow managed to take three games off of Grace Haley and Layla Jojo before falling 8-3.

At no. 6 singles, freshman Connie Hart (Hamilton, Ind./Hamilton) won a game in the first set of her matchup with Anna Pope.

Despite facing some challenging opponents, the Spartans have shown steady improvement in each of their matches this fall.
