HANOVER, Ind. – The Manchester University women's soccer team fell on the road in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference play at Hanover College on Saturday October 9.
The league-leading Panthers took Saturday's match by a final score of 4-0.
Hanover scored its first two goals from Josie Dattilo (3
rd minute) and Nora Ludwig (11
th minute). Maggie Day scored the other two goals for the Panthers, scoring in the 22
nd and 61
st minutes. Day leads the conference and ranks sixth nationally with 13 goals.
Hanover improved to 8-0-2, 3-0-0 HCAC. The Panthers haven't suffered a defeat in 17 straight contests.
Manchester (2-8, 1-3 HCAC) will travel to Rose-Hulman on Wednesday October 13 for a 7 p.m. matchup with the Fightin' Engineers.
