HANOVER, Ind. – The Manchester University women's tennis team dropped a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference road match at Hanover College 9-0 on Saturday September 25.

The No. 1 doubles duo of Evelyn Minton (Clarksville, Ind./Jeffersonville) and Anna Hollingsworth (New Castle, Ind./Blue River Valley) won six games before being edged by Hanover's Maddie Shannon and Linde Meerpoel 8-6.

In singles play, Anna Hollingsworth took the first set of her No. 3 matchup against Melaina Tippery 6-4. Tippery rallied in the second and third sets 6-2, 10-6.

Manchester will conclude the weekend with a home match against Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology on Sunday September 26.
