GREENCASTLE, Ind. – The Manchester University men's soccer team fell in non-conference action at DePauw University on Sunday September 5.
The host Tigers knocked off the Spartans by a final score of 5-0.
Zach Napora led DePauw with a pair of goals on Sunday afternoon. Napora scored in the 16th and 55th minutes. The host Tigers also got goals from Jacob Fowler, Sammy Gonzalez, and Chase Brieger.
Adrian De Leon (Corte Madera, Calif./Redwood) made seven saves in goal in the contest. Harley Kruschwitz (North Manchester, Ind./Manchester) led the Black & Gold with three shots.
The Spartans (0-2-1) will look to break into the win column on Wednesday September 8 when they host St. Francis (Ind.) in Spartan Stadium at 7:30 p.m.
DePauw (3-0) will host Franklin College on Wednesday September 8.
