CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. – Several new top 10 marks were set by the Manchester University swimming and diving teams at the Indiana Division III Meet hosted by Wabash College on Saturday, October 14.
Stephanie Roman (Beaver Falls, Pa., Blackhawk) time of 2:09.62 in the 200-yard freestyle currently stands as the fourth-best mark in program history, while
Taelynn Benish (Logansport, Ind., Logansport) time of 3:04.69 stands as the fourth-best time in the event.
The 200-yard medley relay team consisting of
Benish,
Roman,
Eamin Lynch (South Bend, Ind., John Adams), and
Ashlynn Malloy (Mooresville, Ind., Mooresville) swam the fourth fastest time in Manchester history with a time of 2:03.01.
On the men's side,
Jaden Chin Hong (Trinidad and Tobago, Logansport) posted a time of 2:27.05 in the 200-yard breaststroke. His time ranks as the sixth-fastest time in the event in Manchester history.
The 200-yard medley relay team consisting of

Colten Schulte (Huntington, Ind., Huntington North),
Parker York (Roann, Ind., Manchester), and
Hung Tran (Franklin Township, Ind., Franklin Central) swam a time of 1:43.66 , which currently sits as the fourth-best time in Manchester history in the event.
The Spartan women scored 188 points on the day, while the men tallied 162 team points.
The Manchester swimming and diving teams will return to the pool on Saturday, October 21 when they host Hanover College at the Strauss-Peabody Aquatic Center for a 1:00 p.m. start time.
