TACOMA, Wash. - The Manchester University women's basketball team will open their two-game Seattle Trip on Tuesday, December 19 with a non-conference matchup against the Lutes of Pacific Lutheran University. The Spartans will then face the University of Puget Sound on Thursday, December 21 to round out their trip to the west coast.

Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Puget Sound are both member of the Northwest Conference (NWC). On the season, Pacific Lutheran University has an overall record of 6-3 and 0-2 in conference play. Puget Sound currently has an overall record of 5-3, 2-0 NWC. The Spartans enter this week's contests with an overall record of 3-6 and a conference mark of 0-4.

Following the Spartan's trip to Washington, Manchester women's basketball will host HCAC foe Defiance College in Stauffer-Wolfe Arena on Wednesday, January 3.
