ALLIANCE, Ohio - The Manchester University outdoor track and field teams concluded the regular season with a seven Spartans competing at the Mount Union Last Chance Qualifier on Thursday, May 18.

Manchester senior Gabe Melvin (Jacksonville, Fla., Atlantic Coast) ran a new personal best in the 100m dash, crossing the finish line in a time of 10.84 seconds. Melvin's time ties the second best time in Manchester school history.

Sophomore thrower Carley Camp (Logansport, Ind., Logansport) also took second place in the discus at Thursday's last chance qualifier with distance of 40.66m. Camp also took second in the shot put with a mark of 13.72m.
