North Manchester, Ind. - The Manchester Football team hosted the Franklin Grizzlies in a HCAC match up this past Saturday.

The Manchester offense was held to 100 total yards against a stout Franklin defense that had three sacks and one forced fumble, keeping the Spartans scoreless. On Defense, Manchester First Year Nathan Contreras (Campbellsville, KY) picked up his first career interception for a return of four yards, while First Year Isaiah Hill (Greenacres, FL) had the lone sack of the day for a loss of 10 yards. Manchester defense was led by Senior Javion Davis (Marion, Ind., Marion) who finished with 13 tackles and three TFLs for a loss of four yards.

Manchester will look to bounce back as they host Hanover College on October 26 for the annual Homecoming celebration.
