Lakeville, Ind. - The Manchester Women's Soccer team traveled to Lakeville, Ind. on Tuesday to take on Indiana University at South Bend in a non-conference matchup.
Both teams looked for ways to win the game, however with two second half goals, the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
Manchester 1, IUSB 1
After a an action packed first half, neither team could find the net leaving it 0-0.
In the second half, Manchester's Offense came out hot.
Jameela Hydre Yusoff (Decatur Township, Ind., Decatur Central)Â and
Grace Papazoglou (Commack, NY., Commack) both having a one on one saved by the Titans goalie, however they would not stop there. In the 58th minute Manchester won a free kick in IUSB's half and
Papazoglou put a shot on frame right over the keepers head earning her first goal of the season.Â
In the 65th minute the Titans found a way through the Spartans defense and found a near post goal tying the game at 1-1.Â

Madilyn VanDerWeele (Tippecanoe, Ind., Argos) would record four saves, while the Spartans earned 7 shots on goal.
Their next matchup will be at Good Field on Sep. 7 against Cleary University, starting at 1:00 PM.Â
