North Manchester, Ind. - The Manchester University Women's Basketball team honored their two senior student-athletes on Saturday for their Senior Day game against Hanover College.

Manchester fell short in the game to Hanover 57-70.

The Spartans honored seniors Alicia McMahan (Woodburn, Ind., Woodlan) and Madilyn VanDerWeele (Tippecanoe, Ind., Argos) before the game. VanDerWheele got the start and notched 2 points and 4 rebounds. Maddi Smith (Kewanna, Ind., Caston) led the Spartans in scoring with 16 points, she also grabbed 9 rebounds and shot 8-11 form the field. Abigail Rosenkrans (Pendleton, Ind., Pendleton Heights) finished with 14 points and 9 rebounds, also adding 3 assists and 1 steal. 

The Spartans will look to lock in their tournament bid as they host Bluffton this Wednesday at 7 PM.
