Tiffin, OH. - The Women's Wrestling team traveled to Tiffin, OH to compete in the NCWWC Women's Region 4 Tournament this past weekend.

Manchester had four girls place in their first ever Regional tournament. 

At 103 lb division Abigail Alvarado (Walnut, CA, Diamond Bar) placed 6th after going 3-3 on the day, falling in the 5th place match to West Liberty.

At 103 lb division as well, Kyleigh Honaker (Avilla, Ind., East Noble) placed 5th after going 2-3 on the day, falling in the 4th place match to West Liberty.

At 110 lb division Jackeline Shackleford (Fort Wayne, Ind,, North Side) placed 6th after going 2-3 on the day, falling to Baldwin Wallace in the 5th place match.

At 117 lb division Katalyn Dowell (Clinton, Ind., Parke Heritage) placed 5th after going 4-2 on the day after falling to Otterbein in the 4th place match. 

This marks the end of season for the Spartans Women's Wrestling team in their Inaugural Season, finishing with four regional place winners, and a dual record of 2-0.
