Westerville, OH - Manchester put together a complete performance on Wednesday afternoon, rolling to a 10-0 shutout victory over Otterbein at Fishbaugh Field.

The Spartans wasted no time getting on the board, striking for three runs in the opening inning to set the tone early. After adding two more in the fourth, Manchester stayed in control before breaking things open late with a four-run ninth inning to seal the win.

At the plate, Manchester produced 11 hits and consistently applied pressure with five stolen bases and four hit-by-pitches. Max Horner led the way at the top of the lineup, going 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI, while Joel Kennedy added three hits and an RBI. Cam Bortone delivered one of the biggest swings of the day, launching a home run as part of a two-hit, two-RBI performance. Beau Kaler also chipped in with two RBI, and Alex Westfield scored twice while adding a double.

On the mound, Manchester was dominant from start to finish. The Spartans combined for a five-hit shutout, allowing no runs while striking out four and working around four walks. The pitching staff kept Otterbein off balance all game, backed by a solid defensive effort that turned a double play and limited scoring opportunities.
