Jonathan Ramos completed his second season with Manchester Unviersity football progam in 2019. He currently serves as linebacker coach and also works in areas of strength and conditioning for the athletic department.

In the fall of 2019, Romas mentored a trio of Spartans who went on to earn three All-HCAC honors. Freshman Devontay Moore was named to the All-HCAC Second Team after leading the HCAC in sacks with 11.0.  His 11.0 total sacks ranked 11th in all of NCAA Division III. Junior Conner Sherwin and senior Justin Thomas both received All-HCAC Honorable Mention recognition.

Before arriving in North Manchester, Ramos had coaching stops at the University of West Florida, Millersville University, and MacMurray College in Illinois. 

Ramos earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training and Health and Physical Education with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Tabor College of Kansas in 2008. He received a Masters of Science degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania in 2010.
