Me'Leick Miles completed his first season as an assistant coach at Manchester in 2020-21. Miles joined the Manchester coaching staff as an assistant coach in October 2020 and works with the Spartan special teams and linebackers.

His first season at Manchester saw senior linebacker Kobe Roberson earn Honorable Mention All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference honors. Roberson registered 45 total tackles, had 5.5 tackles-for-loss and 2.5 sacks in 7 games this spring. Additionally, sophomore kick returner Desmond Rodgers garnered Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Special Teams Player of the Week honors after retiring a 92-yard kickoff for a touchdown against Bluffton.
