NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. - The Manchester University women's soccer team was defeated by Rose-Hulman by a final score of 6-0 at Good Field Wednesday night.  

Rose-Hulman struck early with four goals in the first half. Camille Clark got things started for the Fightin' Engineers with a goat in the 4th minute. Sarah Shoemaker, Alicia Rodriguez, and Lauren Marquardt also tacked-on goals in the first half. Kyra Hicks and Tracy Orgera scored in the second half.  

Abby McLaughlin (Carmel, Ind., Carmel) led MU with a pair of shots on goal for the Spartans. Bridget Nash (Carmel, Ind., Bishop Chatard) had 17 saves in goal for the Black and Gold, while Abi Rosenkrans (Pendleton, Ind., Pendleton Heights) added four saves for Manchester.  

Manchester's next game is Saturday, October 15th at Mt. St. Joseph. Game time between the Spartans and Lions is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
