Women's Soccer Falls on the Road

CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Spartans fell to Mount St. Joseph on the road Saturday, October 15th. Manchester was defeated with a score of 3-0.

The Lions, looking to continue their win streak Saturday, scored all three goals in the second half. Mckenzie Schneeman, Layla Youtsler, and Delanie Simpkins all netted goals. Mount St. Joseph moves to 9-5-2 overall, 4-0-1 HCAC.
 
The Spartans were led by Abi Rosenkrans (Pendleton, Ind., Pendleton Heights) who had 11 saves in goal on the day. Manchester now moves to 2-11-1 overall, 1-4-1 HCAC.
 
Manchester University's women's soccer team has three games remaining in the regular season. Up next, the Black and Gold will head to rival Anderson University on Wednesday, October 19th. Game time is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
