Spartans Pick Up Draw at Franklin

FRANKLIN, Ind. - The Spartan women's soccer tea traveled down to Franklin for a HCAC match against the Griz. Neither side was able to break through as the final score was 0-0. 

The Griz tested the Spartan defense as they took 19 total shots on the evening. Fifth Year Bridget Nash (Carmel, Ind., Bishop Chatard) had a solid debut in goal picking up the clean sheet behind her 10 save outing. 

The Spartan offense was able to manage 4 shots on the evening with 3 being on goal. All of Manchester's shots came in the second half. 

The Black & Gold are scheduled to be back on the road this weekend. They will travel down to Kentucky to take on HCAC opponent Transylvania on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m.
