Kyle Baker Named as Assistant Baseball Coach

NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. - Kyle Baker was named as Manchester University assistant baseball coach in December 2022.

Baker graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in sports management in May of 2018. During his time as a Cougar, Baker was a three-year member of the baseball program, where his primary position was catcher.

Following graduation, Baker spent time as an assistant baseball and football coach for Adams Central High School located in Monroe, Ind. before joining the University of Saint Francis baseball program as a volunteer assistant coach. At USF, Baker's primary coaching duties included base-running and catching. Baker also assisted in all other aspects of the game and practices.

Josh Brock, Peter Shepherd, and Keith Shepherd also join head coach Rick Espeset's coaching staff for the 2023 season as volunteer assistant coaches.
