Road Win at Olivet Bumps Record to 9-6 Overall

OLIVET, Mich. - The Spartans' mid-week matchup against Olivet bumps their overall record to 9-6 and extends their win streak to four.

The Spartans defeated Olivet in three, 25-16, 27-25, and 25-19. Outside hitter Joy Maze (Greenwood, Ind., Greenwood Community) lead the team in attack percentage (.381) and total kills (10) and points (11). Maze and Avery Ball (Decatur, Ind., Belmont) lead the team in total attacks (21) while Ball ended the night as the second leading scorer (9). Jessica Tarr (Fort Wayne, Ind., Snider) put in a stellar performance for the Black & Gold setting 26 of the team's total 36 attempts with zero errors.

The Spartans are in action again Friday, September 23 and Saturday, September 24 at the Rose-Hulman Invitational.
