NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. - The Spartans dropped a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) match to the visiting Anderson University Ravens by a final score of 4-1 on Wednesday, October 18.
The Ravens scored three goals in the first half, scoring in the 20th, 27th, and 33rd minutes to take the 3-0 lead at halftime.

Elaina Halferty (Columbia City, Ind., Eagle Tech Academy) scored her first goal of the season in the 71st minute to bring the Spartans within two. Anderson would score again in the 84th minute to give the Ravens the 4-1 lead.

Audrey Spencer (Marian, Ind., Mississinewa) lead the Black and Gold with three shots on goal apiece during Wednesday's contest.
