LEXINGTON, Ky. - The Manchester volleyball team fell to nationally ranked Transylvania University in three sets to conclude the regular season on Saturday, November 4. 

The Pioneers took Saturday's match by set scores of 25-18, 25-23, and 25-21.

The Spartans were led by Avery Ball (Decatur, Ind., Belmont) with 12 kills. Joy Maze (Greenwood, Ind., Greenwood Community) had a team high three aces during Saturday's match. Emma Tone (Fort Wayne, Ind., Bishop Dwenger) tallied 13 assists.

Carley Camp (Logansport, Ind., Logansport) had three blocks, while Tiffany Watterson (Elkhart, Ind., Elkhart) collected nine digs. 

Manchester concludes the regular season with an overall record of 16-9 and a conference record of 6-3. The Spartans have earned the No. 4 seed in the 2023 HCAC Volleyball Tournament and will host No. 5 Earlham College in Stauffer-Wolfe Arena on Wednesday, November 8.
