Crawfordsville, Ind. - The Manchester University Men's and Women's Swim & Dive team competed at the Gail Pebworth Invite this past weekend hosted by Wabash College.

The men took fifth with 406.5 points while the women took 7th with 133 points. This is the highest finish for the Men's team at this tournament in Manchester History. The Men's team broke seven school records while as a whole, Swim & Dive had 102 seasons best times and 46 lifetime bests. 

Hung Tran (Franklin Township, Ind., Franklin Central) broke the school record for the 100 yard IM with a time of 55.54.

The Men's 200 yard Medley Relay team set a new school record of 1:37.69

The Men's 200 yard Free Relay team set a new school record of 1:27.62 

The Men's 400 yard Medley Relay team set a new school record of 3:35.26

Parker York (Roann, Ind., Manchester) broke two school records today including the 200 yard IM with 2:01.86, as well as the 200 yard breaststroke time of 2:12.98

The Spartans finished with over 20 of the top times in the conference and will look to compete again after holiday break on January 11 at the Illinois Tech/North Central match up.
