CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) announced the results of the Men's Tennis preseason poll, with Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology picked to taking first place in a vote amongst league coaches.

2024-25 HCAC Preseason Poll & Athletes to Watch List

In a tightly contested race, the Fightin' Engineers from Rose-Hulman took the first-place slot with 48 points and six first-place votes. The Pioneers from Transylvania University snuck into the number two slot with 44 points and the remaining two first-place votes, while the Anderson University Ravens finished in third with 34 points. The Hanover College Panthers rounded out the top-half of the poll with 29 points.

Manchester was selected to finish seventh in Monday's poll. Additionally, five Spartans were named "Athletes to Watch" this season, including First Year Andrew Guerre, Sophomore Henry Blakley (Zionsville, Ind., Zionsville), and Juniors Brennan Beachy (Goshen, Ind., Westview),  Braydon Hoggatt (Union City, Ind., Union City), and Omar Lemus (Portage, Ind., Portage).
