CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Men's Indoor Track and Field teams competed in week eight of the 2024-25 season.

Men's Jumps Athlete of the Week:
Antwan Dorsett (Indianapolis, Ind.) Manchester University | Jumps | First Year - Antwan jumped 2.01m (6'7") in the High Jump at the Polar Bear final qualifier meet.  His jump is the 4th best in school history, ranks him first in the HCAC, 5th in the GLR, and tied for 33rd in the Nation.

Men's Distance Athlete of the Week:
Connor Havens (LaPorte, Ind.) Manchester University | Distance | Fifth Year - Connor ran a season PR of 14:24.27 in the 5000m this weekend winning the Wartburg qualifier meet.  His time punched his ticket for the NCAA Indoor championship held this weekend in Rochester, NY.

• Kobi Martindale (Kewanna, Ind.) Manchester University | Throws | Senior - Kobi thew a lifetime PR of 14.75m in the shot put at the Polar Bear final qualifier.  His toss is the 5th best in school history and also puts him 18th in the GLR.
