NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – The visiting Anderson Ravens took both games of Wednesday's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader against the Manchester Spartans at the MU Softball Field.

Anderson took Game 1 by a final score of 11-3. The Ravens completed a sweep with a 7-2 triumph in Game 2

Doubleheader Notes:

* The Spartans jumped out to an early 3-0 lead to begin Wednesday's doubleheader. Kodi Douglass, Caylin Sievers, and Kendal Torrence provided early RBI for Manchester.
* The visiting Ravens scored four runs in both of the top of the 3^rd and 5^th innings.
* Caylin Sievers (Fort Wayne, Ind./Homestead) had two of Manchester's five hits in Game 1.
* Anderson led throughout Game 2 on Wednesday evening. The Ravens scored the game's first three runs before Manchester answered with a two-run home run courtesy of senior Page Magner (North Vernon, Ind./Jennings County).
* Manchester would get no closer as the Ravens responded with a four-run top of the 5^th.
* Yilian Rodriguez (Logansport, Ind./Logansport) led Manchester with a 2-3 effort at the plate in Game 2.
