NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. - Neither Manchester not Wittenberg were able to break into the score column on Saturday, September 9 as the Spartans and Tigers played to a scoreless draw to wrap up the Raven/Spartan Classic. 

The Tigers held an advantage in shots taken in the game with 12, six of which landed in goal, but the Spartans' defense was able to hold Wittenberg off of the scoreboard.

Harley Kruschwitz (North Manchester, Ind., Manchester) and Julian Keough (Indianapolis, Ind., Pike) led the Black and Gold offense with two shots a piece. Cory Mitchell (Maitland, Fla., Winter Park) added one shot on goal, while Chris Gerken (Huntertown, Ind., Carroll) chipped in another shot on Saturday.

Krushwitz was named the Rave/Spartan Classic Offensive MVP. Ketchmark, Keough, and Maruwe Exauce (Indianapolis, Ind., North Central) earned All-Tournament honors.

Manchester (1-0-3) will host Grace Christian University on Tuesday, September 12 for its next non-conference match. Tuesday's game is slated to begin at 4:00 p.m. at Good Field.
