CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Softball teams competed in week twelve of the 2025 season.

Kaitlyn Carr earned her second HCAC Pitcher of the Week Honors this season.

Kaitlyn Carr (Valparaiso, Ind.) Manchester University | Pitcher | Senior - Carr had another phenomenal week in the circle for the Spartans as she finished 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA in two games pitched. In her first game, Carr threw all 7 innings in a shutout win over Albion where she only allowed three hits and struck out five. In her second game of the week Carr shutout Berea in 5 innings only allowing four hits with no runs and three strikeouts. Carr also had two hits and a RBI on the week.

• Erin Singleton  (Brownstown, Ind.) Manchester University | Infield | Junior - The Leadoff batter for the Spartans had a remarkable week at the top of the lineup finishing, 8/13 with a .615 batting average and 4 runs batted in and 6 runs scored herself. Singleton also stole four bases in four games and had nine assists in the field.
