Cross Country Earns USTFCCCA Academic All-Americans

Ayla Cashdollar, Chesnee Miller, Gavin Byerly, and Brenden Oden Bring Home Individual Honors

New Orleans, LA - All-Academic Athletes for the 2025 NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country season were announced on Thursday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, student athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top-25 percent of their respective regional championship meet.

As a team, Manchester Women's Cross Country achieved Academic All-American honors with a GPA of 3.55. Ayla Cashdollar and Chesnee Miller were awarded individual Academic All-American honors. For Cashdollar, this marks the first time in her career at Manchester in which she has been named an Academic All-American. Miller repeats her efforts from last year as she was also named honored following the 2024 season. 

Manchester Men's Cross Country also achieved Academic All-American honors, as a team, with a GPA of 3.43. Gavin Byerly and Brenden Oden were also awarded individual Academic All-American honors. Byerly and Oden both are Academic All-Americans for the second time in their careers at Manchester, Byerly in 2023 and Oden in 2024.
