* Two-time Great Lakes All Region in cross country.
* Helped lead Manchester to a HCAC cross country championship in 2009, 2010, and 2011.
* NCAA Division III National Qualifier in the 800m in both indoor and outdoor track and field.
* Manchester record holder in the 800m and 4x800m Relay.
