* NCAA national qualifier in the 3000m steeplechase and still holds the school in the event with a time of 11:37.14. 
* Four-time Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Champion in 3000m steeplechase (2002-2005).
* Four-time All-HCAC honoree in cross country (2001-2004).
* Two-time All-Great Lakes Region performer in cross country.
