* NAIA Honorable Mention All-American in 1985.
* NAIA Academic All-American in 1985.
* NAIA All-District 21 and First Team All-Hoosier-Buckeye College Conference selection in 1985.
* Collected multiple 50-or-more tackle seasons - including 93 as a senior in 1985.
