Career Highlights
* Served as the Senior Woman Administrator and Associate Director of Athletics at Manchester.
* Oversaw all NCAA compliance work while also developing a department manual to assist new coaches.
* Contributed to the design, evaluation, and prioritization of the expansion to the Physical Education and Recreation Center (PERC).
* Also served as a tournament manager for the NCAA Division III basketball and wrestling events.
* Was a leading figure in pioneering the women's soccer program during the mid-1990s. Served as head women's soccer coach for 2 seasons (1994 & 1995).
* Served as the head volleyball coach for 2 seasons (1992 & 1993).
* Most significant contribution as a coach came leading the softball program. Spent 17 years at the helm of the Spartan softball team from 1993 until 2009.
* 2001 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.
* All-time winningest softball coach in school history with 254 wins. 
* Led team to its only NCAA Division Tournament appearance in 2001.
