* NAIA All-American in the steeplechase in 1982.
* Two-time NAIA national qualifier in the steeplechase (1982 & 1983).
* Four-time All-Hoosier-Buckeye Collegiate Conference and NAIA All-District 21 honoree in track (1980-1983).
* Four time All-HBCC and NAIA All-District 21 honoree in cross country (1979-1982).
* Three-time NAIA national qualifier in cross country (1980-1982).
