Career Highlights
* Three-sport standout at Manchester, excelling on the football, baseball, and men's basketball teams.
* Two-time co-captain for the football team.
* Two-time All-Hoosier College Conference as an offensive lineman (1955 & 1956).
* Had back-to-back seasons hitting better than .300 for the baseball team (1955 & 1956) - earned All-HCC recognition on the diamond.
* Helped lead the Spartan basketball team to a HCC Championship in 1954.
