* Two-time NCAA All-American in wrestling (1997 & 1998).
* Still ranks among the top 10 in school history with a career record of 129-38.
* Three-time NCAA national qualifier (1997, 1998, & 2000).
* Was a three-time all-conference honoree in wrestling (1996-1998).
* National Scholar-Athlete award winner in wrestling in 1997.
* Earned All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference recognition in football in 1998.
